Contextualization
Introduction
Dance is one of the oldest forms of artistic expression of humanity. It mixes rhythm, movement, and emotion, creating a universal language that everyone can understand and appreciate. Dance is a fun way for you to express your feelings and thoughts without using words. By dancing, you can tell stories, make statements, or simply enjoy the pleasure of movement.
Dance is also an important form of culture. Around the world, different cultures have their unique dances that express their traditions, stories, and beliefs. These dances can be passed down from generation to generation, creating a bond between the past and the present.
Dance is a blend of art and physical exercise. It not only stimulates creativity but also promotes health and well-being. By dancing, you can improve your flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination. Moreover, dance also helps enhance self-esteem, self-confidence, and emotional expression.

It is present in many of our daily activities and celebrations, from the simple act of moving to music to the grand dance performances at cultural events and competitions. Dance allows us to express our emotions, share our stories, and connect with others in a unique and powerful way.
Dance also plays a significant role in education. It is an effective way to teach various important skills such as teamwork, communication, creative expression, time management, and problem-solving. By participating in dance activities, students can learn to collaborate with each other, communicate their ideas effectively, and solve problems innovatively. Additionally, dance can also help students develop self-confidence, proactivity, and a positive attitude towards learning.

Students should rehearse their dance. They can use the original music or choose a song with a similar rhythm.
5. Preparation of Explanation:
Each group must prepare a brief written and oral explanation about the dance and the culture they chose. This explanation should be presented before the group performs the dance.
6. Presentation:
Groups will present the dance and explanation to the class. They will be evaluated on their performance, the accuracy of the dance movements, the quality of their explanation, and cooperation within the group.
