The Southern Common Market (Mercosur) is an international organization created in 1991 by Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, and Uruguay, with the aim of promoting economic integration among these countries. Specify how a scenario of political instability in one of the countries could impact decision-making and the implementation of internal Mercosur agreements.
