Understanding these elements can make our communication more fun and effective, as well as help us better understand the emotions of others and our own. Dealing with Emotions

To practice the RULER method at home, I ask you to choose an everyday situation where you used theatrical elements and reflect on it. First, recognize and note the emotions you felt during that moment (R). Then, understand and record the causes of those emotions and their consequences (U). Give an appropriate name to each emotion (L) and describe how you expressed them in the situation (E). Finally, think of ways to effectively regulate those emotions in similar future situations (R). This will help you deepen self-awareness and enhance your social interactions.
