The distance from Alice to the statue is 8 meters, while the distance from Bob to the statue is 10 meters. If Alice is 3 meters closer to the statue than Bob, what is the power of the point where Alice is in relation to the fountain? Furthermore, if a line passing through Alice's point intersects the circumference at point C, what is the distance from Alice to that point, knowing that the power of the point where Alice is located is equal to the product of the distances from Alice to the statue and Alice to point C?
