  • Students will need internet access, social media, and fitness apps to find answers.

  • Examples of challenges include: 'Find a TikTok video demonstrating a stretching exercise', 'List the benefits of cardiovascular exercises', 'Share an image of a balanced meal from Instagram'.

  • Groups will have a limited time to complete as many challenges as they can.

  • At the end, gather together to discuss the answers and challenges completed.

Activity 3 - Fitness Game Design
