Encourage discussion on the significance of physical expression in both everyday life and professional contexts.

Mini Challenge

Choreography Creation Challenge

Students will be separated into small groups and assigned the task of creating a brief choreography (1-2 minutes) using one of the dance styles introduced in the initial video. They should include various movements and facial expressions to tell a story or convey a specific feeling.

1. Divide students into groups of 4-5.

2. Each group must select a dance style showcased in the initial video.

3. Allow 10 minutes for each group to devise a short choreography (1-2 minutes).

4. Students should incorporate body movements and facial expressions that express an emotion or narrate a story.

5. Once creation time is up, each group should perform their choreography for the class.

6. Post-performance, initiate a brief discussion about the feelings and stories conveyed by each choreography.

Enhance motor coordination, creativity, and physical expression skills. Foster teamwork and non-verbal communication.

**Duration: 40 - 45 minutes

Evaluation Exercises
